We were lucky to start our fall wedding season celebrating Sydney and Jordan at Black Sheep Weddings in New Franken, Wisconsin. As a newer venue (and a new venue to us), we were excited to get our creative juices flowing in a brand new setting. If we had to choose one of our favorite moments from their day, it may have to be Sydney’s first look with her dad.

Kirstin and Danny’s wedding day was the epidemy of finding pockets of sunshine! From the weather to anything that could skew a little off of the plan, the most important part of the day was THEY WERE GETTING MARRIED (and got to celebrate with their closest friends and family of course!).

If you were to step foot into a single second of Mary and Matthew’s wedding day, you would immediately feel like part of the family. From the start of our conversations with the two of them we knew their wedding day was going to be incredibly thoughtful, family-oriented and a truly memorable experience for friends, family and vendors too (Being at two of our bucket list locations was just the flowers on top of an incredible cake – see below!). Both the Church of the Gesu and Discovery World are truly iconic venues that highlight some of the best areas and views of Milwaukee.

A downtown summer wedding in Madison, Wisconsin is just what we needed! How lucky are we to have mother nature on our side this season. Kim and Nate celebrated their gorgeous wedding day with our team at The Madison Concourse Hotel. From the black tuxes to the floral details, this day absolutely screams timeless and modern. With a touching and truly sentimental ceremony and a rockin’ dance floor, these two knew how to throw a day to be remembered.

After getting to know these two, we’ve come to the conclusion they are absolutely a “YES” couple! Yes, to love. Yes, to laughter. Yes, to fun. Yes, to delicious and unique food. Reegan and Tyler tied the knot at The Factory on Barclay in Milwaukee, WI. We were so excited to not only FINALLY get to this venue, but FINALLY witness the marriage of these two incredibly emotionally connected and loving people. From the moment we first spoke with Reegan and Tyler, we could feel how connected they were and how much joy they bring to each others lives. They are undoubtedly the piece in each others lives that make the world go round. From the incredible floral arrangements to chicken and waffles on a stick with a side of Chillwaukee popsicles, scratch-offs, and a live painter, this day was one to RSVP “YES”!

When we first met Lexi, Brendan and their dog Tinder, we knew they were something special. Learning more and more these two, we found out how incredibly important family is to them. Their wedding day was nothing short of whimsical! Nestled among the trees on Brendan’s family land, these two tied the knot with their closest family and friends present.

When Keylee and Matt first inquired about their wedding at The Oaks Golf Course in Cottage Grove, we instantly bonded over our fur babies and our guys’ love of golf. It made the most sense they would be married at the golf course. At their engagement session, we knew they were one of the most emotionally connected couples we have had the honor of documenting.

We have always believed life takes us exactly where we are supposed to be with who we are supposed to be with. The same can be said for Rylee and Ryan, along with their wedding day! Being in each others lives as friends and then FINALLY dating and now together as husband and wife! Life led these two exactly where they needed to be to find each other.

When we first spoke with Moriah and Matt earlier this year in May just a few months after their engagement in March. One of our favorite parts of our initial consultations with our couples is learning their stories and what makes them, them. Something that stuck out to us was how Moriah and Matt truly fell into each others lives.
