We were so lucky to meet Avery and Tyler last year when we captured their engagement session in Madison. It ended up being a gorgeous, warm spring night. Trying to put together the words for how I’m feeling right now and honestly I do in fact feel like I’m failing a bit. In the last month I’ve had so many emails get lost, responses forgotten and felt really off of my game. For so long I’ve prided myself on being able to handle it all while being an over-scheduled crazy person (for anyone who grew up with me and knew me during early adulthood, you know what I’m talking about). Right now, I just can’t and I absolutely haven’t been able to figure out why.

As a newer venue (and a new venue to us), we were excited to get our creative juices flowing in a brand new setting. If we had to choose one of our favorite moments from their day, it may have to be Sydney’s first look with her dad.
